Year 11 Easter School for grade 7+ GCSE revision will be held on Monday 3rd April 2023 between 09:45 – 15:00. You will revise Maths and Physics content.
The Maths revision sessions will focus on topics from the GCSE Higher Tier course. We will focus on the type of questions which allow a student to progress towards gaining a grade 7 or above by working on strengthening high level algebra skills and problem solving capabilities.
You will have two revision sessions: one focussing on required practicals and exam questions related to them. Another, focussing on techniques to answer long structured questions, with the idea of focussing on maximising marks with the minimum amount of writing. These are areas where some students often drop marks.
