School Visits
As part of our STEM Outreach programme we can bring our teachers to your school, or you can bring your students to visit us here on the campus of the university. If your school is interested in hosting an ULMaS workshop, sharing the joy and benefits of maths, physics or computer science with your pupils, we can support you in delivering bespoke enrichment sessions to students from Year 5 through to Year 11. If you would like to express an interest in a school visit please email outreach@liverpoolmathsschool.org and we will be in touch as soon as we can. This is also the best way to hear about all of our upcoming events.
Programmes could involve:
- Proof and problem solving in Higher Tier GCSE
- Preparation for UKMT Maths Challenges or the MEM Challenge Competitions
- Developing mathematical reasoning in Year 5 or Year 6
- A-Level Maths/ Further Maths A Level taster sessions for Year 10 and Year 11.
- Physics or Computer Science A Level taster sessions for Year 10 and Year 11.
If you would like to get involved or find out more about any of our activities, or if you are a local teacher who would like to know more, please do get in touch with our team by emailing outreach@liverpoolmathsschool.org
